The A025 robot chassis, manufactured by Fdata, is engineered for heavy loads up to 500kg and is ideal for ports, 

airports, and construction operations. With 4WD and dual Ackermann steering, it offers superior maneuverability. 


A planetary gear motor for consistent power drives each wheel. Its independent suspension system ensures stability on uneven terrain. 


The A025 excels in strength, agility, and reliability for heavy-duty material handling across industries.

The A025 Heavy Duty Robot Platform Features:


1. Payload: 500kg

2. Speed: Up to 18km/h

3. Range: Up to 65 kilometers

4. Climbing Ability: 30 degrees



The A025 Customization Options:


1. Wheels:

Customizable tire types include standard pneumatic tires for traction, all-terrain treaded tires for rough terrain, 

and ribbed tires for specific surface conditions.


2. Ground Clearance:

For outdoor environments with uneven terrain or potholes, 

we can customize ground clearance from 100mm to 500mm to meet higher requirements.


3. Sensors:

Depending on the customer's application scenario, 

FDATA adjusts the sensors to meet optimal costs while fulfilling customer needs.


4. Product Performance:

Speed, payload capacity, and climbing ability can be customized to suit specific requirements.


5. Body Customization:

We offer customization of body width and length for narrow pathways or tight spaces to adapt to different usage scenarios.


6. Painting:

We accommodate customer preferences for robot painting to match branding or aesthetic requirements.


7. Upper Chassis Customization:

Additional customization options include adding storage compartments to the chassis for utility purposes, 

such as park watering vehicles with added water storage.

The A025 Robot Platform Includes Remote Control, Follow, and Autonomous Navigation versions.


1. Following Mode:

    Features: Follow mode suits scenarios where the robot platform needs to collaborate with the operator.

  Features: Remote control mode allows the operator to control the robot platform movement using a remote controller directly.
